Our Story
ContractPulse was born out of frustration.
After over 15 years in construction, engineering, and mining across South Africa and internationally, we kept running into the same problems. Time bars missed because nobody was tracking them. Notices filed a day too late, wiping out legitimate claims worth millions. Contractors losing money they were entitled to. Project owners blindsided because their own compliance obligations weren't being managed. On both sides of the contract, good professionals were paying the price for poor administration.
The tools to prevent this existed, but only for companies that could afford dedicated contract administrators or expensive QS firms. Everyone else had to figure it out on their own.
